Job summary

Integrityamc is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain our outdoor spaces, plant and prune greenery, and support basic landscape projects. This role involves using lawn equipment, performing irrigation duties, and ensuring safety standards on the property.

You will operate mowers and related machinery, assist with snow removal, and contribute to general grounds maintenance and minor repairs as needed. This position requires attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1 year of grounds maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides used in grounds care.
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance and construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plant shrubs, trees, and flowers; prune trees and shrubs.
• Remove debris from stairs and walks; rake leaves; mow lawns.
• Water trees, shrubs, and lawns; perform irrigation activities.
• Spray for weeds and insects with chemicals as required.
• Operate lawn mowers, edging equipment, and related tools and vehicles.
• Perform minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools.
• Assist in parking lot maintenance and minor masonry or plastering work as required.
• Shovel and remove snow and ice from designated areas as needed.
• Install and remove outdoor signs and barriers as required.
• Ensure PPE is maintained and used at all times.
• Complete assigned work on a timely basis.
