Job summary

MAA Energy Park in Houston is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to prepare homes for move-in by performing painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Perform grounds keeping and routine maintenance to keep property facilities in good working order.
• Ensure vacant apartments are ready and meet quality standards for future residents.
