MAA Park in Nashville, TN is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to ensure vacant units are prepared for new residents. You will perform general maintenance, painting, pressure washing, and grounds keeping while coordinating with the team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and facilities in good working order.
• Prepare empty apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
