Job summary

MAA Buckhead is hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician to perform general maintenance and ensure each apartment is ready for new residents. You will handle painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping and basic repairs to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires at least 6 months in related fields and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather. A strong team player mindset and reliability are essential for success at MAA, a leading multifamily owner-operator.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.
• Willingness to perform painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and facilities in good working order.
• Ensure empty apartments are fully prepared for new residents.
• Prepare apartments for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
