Job summary

MAA Frisco Bridges in Frisco, TX is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to prepare homes for new residents, including painting, pressure washing, and basic maintenance. You will perform general maintenance to ensure apartments and property facilities are in good working order.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including painting and pressure washing.
• Perform grounds keeping and basic maintenance tasks to keep property facilities in good order.
• Ensure empty apartments are fully prepared for future residents.
