Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of groundskeeping or porter experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record in the last 12 months.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and debris-free grounds, pathways, and common areas.
• Perform sweeping, trash pick-up, and litter removal.
• Maintain landscaping, water plants, and remove weeds.
• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and laundry rooms.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Assist maintenance with inspections and minor repairs.
• Interact with residents and prospective tenants professionally.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly.
