Job summary

Kairoi Residential in Colorado is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and appeal of our multifamily community. You will help create a positive first impression for prospective residents and a pleasant living environment by performing cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.

Able to work with the maintenance team, interact with residents in a friendly, professional manner, and meet the requirement of at least 1 year in

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping, porter services, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, pathways, parking areas, and amenities clean and debris-free.
• Sweep, trash pickup, and litter removal daily.
• Maintain landscaping: watering and weed control.
• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and laundry rooms.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments and coordinate with maintenance.
