General Description of Position

This role involves maintaining outdoor grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming and edging around walks, flower beds, and walls, as well as pruning shrubs and trees to shape and promote healthy growth or remove damaged parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cut lawns, trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth.
• Spray lawns and burn leaves as needed.
• Repair and maintain Grounds Maintenance Machinery.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to various locations in Arkansas.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
