Equity Lifestyle Properties in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance - Level I to perform light repairs, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial work across our resort communities. You will join a team focused on keeping facilities safe, clean, and well maintained.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call after hours. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match,

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained.
• Maintain grounds and keep trash and debris away.
• Work with management to keep property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings for daily vendor appointments and tasks.
• Communicate with maintenance staff and management on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance vehicles when needed.
• Monitor inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
