Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to join our on-site team. The role involves performing HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation and groundskeeping to keep communities well maintained.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and other staff, lift up to 50 pounds, and be on-call for emergencies. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of technical experience are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
Communicate regularly with maintenance workers, management and staff on special projects.
Maintain grounds and common areas free from trash and debris.
Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
Mow, weed, edge and maintain common areas and vacant lot grounds.
Conduct irrigation system repairs.
Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to locations on the property.
Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
