Qualifications

• Ability to shovel snow and spread salt in winter.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Lift a minimum of 20 pounds and push/pull up to 80 pounds.
• Irrigation experience is a plus.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow dress code.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with apps and programs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the apartment community.
• Upkeep of parking lots, grounds, corridors, stairwells, and common areas.
• Collect and remove trash as needed.
• Weed landscape beds with appropriate tools.
• Monitor irrigation to keep grass areas watered.
• Repair or replace sprinkler heads and lines as required.
• Report unhealthy lawn, trees, shrubs, and plants to management.
• Edge around trees and landscape borders for a neat appearance.
• Rake grounds and blow or sweep sidewalks and parking lots.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
