• Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment community.
• Weed beds, edges, and tidy grounds; rake and sweep as needed.
• Monitor irrigation; repair sprinkler heads as required.
• Report unhealthy landscaping to management.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and salt spreading during winter.
