Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company in Lewisville, TX is seeking a full-time groundskeeping/janitorial role. Compensation is $17.35–$17.85 per hour with commission, depending on experience and property location.

The team emphasizes safety, service, and community impact while maintaining exterior grounds and assisting with vacant unit readiness. Ideal candidates have prior janitorial or mechanical work, strong customer service, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment.
• Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment.
• Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard.
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal.
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations.
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members.
