Job summary

Rainey Property Management in Dallas is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to join our on-site maintenance team. You will help maintain the exterior and common areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.

In this role you’ll perform grounds maintenance and assist with minor repairs while upholding OSHA safety standards. A high school diploma and 2+ years in groundskeeping are preferred, with compensation of $18-$21 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, janitorial work, or exterior maintenance (preferably in multifamily housing).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & Common Area Maintenance: maintain exterior areas, sidewalks, parking lots, and amenities.
• Repairs & Property Support: perform minor exterior repairs and report hazards.
• Safety & Presentation: follow OSHA standards and keep pathways clear.
• Other Duties: assist with project work, vendor coordination, and restocking.
