Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company is seeking a dedicated team member for the Residential department in Overland Park, KS. This full-time role focuses on maintaining property grounds, exterior upkeep, and assisting with vacant unit turnover while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard.
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal.
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations.
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members.

Compensation: $17.00 - $17.50 / hour
