Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company, a premier family owned and operated property management organization, is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper in Garland, TX. This full-time role maintains residential grounds daily, manages equipment for snow removal, lawn care, and related tasks, and provides excellent resident service.

The position offers hourly compensation of $17.35–$17.85 with commission variability by location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any state licenses/certifications required by the state.
• Experience in janitorial or mechanical roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard.
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal.
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services (snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance, pool operations).
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with residents and fellow team members.

Salary Range: $17.35-$17.85 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Role Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment
• Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment
• Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
