Gwr-Management-LLC is seeking a Grounds Maintenance team member to support our apartment communities on-site in Texas. The role emphasizes reliable maintenance, upkeep of outdoor spaces, and contributing to a safe, attractive living environment.

The position offers hourly pay plus monthly commissions, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, a 50% rent discount at the property

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Pre-employment background screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance duties to maintain and enhance community value.
• Assist with repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for market-ready status.
• Work as part of the maintenance staff to meet quality standards.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (painting, cleaning, trash removal, etc.).
• Maintain grounds: sweep driveways, parking lots, exterior areas, and common spaces.
• Monitor pool/spa chemicals (if applicable) and maintain logs; perform pool/spa cleaning as needed.
• Provide snow removal if applicable and maintain exterior lighting and grounds equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns to Supervisor and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Attend training seminars and assist with resident events as needed.
