Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance team member to uphold the physical appearance and safety of our community. You will perform upkeep, turnover prep for vacant units, lock changes, and ensure pool area access is secure, while delivering excellent resident service.

Role requires outdoor work in various weather, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and robust benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• Able to demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate with team members.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions and concerns.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training.
