Job summary

Flexjet LLC in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our Facilities Building Maintenance team. You will help maintain a safe, attractive exterior environment around the site and work closely with the Facility Director.

The role requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate landscaping tools and perform winter snowplowing as needed. One year of groundskeeping experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of groundskeeping experience and attention to detail.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience with lawn care, pruning, mulching and general grounds maintenance.
• Familiarity with snowplowing during winter months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property weekly and report deficiencies.
• Maintain grasses, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds; fertilize as needed.
• Mow lawns weekly; trim and prune shrubs and trees.
• Pressure wash entrances and sidewalks and clean exterior.
• Maintain exterior lighting and fencing; operate ladders or lifts.
• Assist with snowplowing and salting during winter weather.
• Keep inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors.
