Flexjet is seeking a Groundskeeper for the Cleveland, Ohio facility to join the Facilities Building Maintenance team. You will perform weekly inspections of the property and grounds, care for grasses and plants, weed flowerbeds, fertilize lawn and shrubs, and mow the lawn during the growing season.

The successful candidate will display a strong work ethic and fanatical attention to detail while maintaining neat landscaping and operating tools safely.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to safety and detail.

Department: 810 Facilities Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY Flexjet is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Facilities Building Maintenance team as a Groundskeeper for our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will work directly with the Facility Director in creating a safe exterior environment that enhances the appearance of the facility. The candidate will display a strong work ethic with fanatical attention to detail. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Performs weekly inspection of the property and grounds as well as common areas and reports deficiencies to Facility Director. – Performs a variety of tasks related to the care of grasses and plants. Weeds flowerbeds weekly or more often if needed. Fertilizes lawns, trees and shrubs. – Mows lawn weekly during the proper season.
