Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Groundskeeper to join the Facilities Building Maintenance team. The role supports a safe exterior environment and enhances the appearance of the facility, working with the Facility Director.

Responsibilities include lawn and landscape care, snowplowing, lighting maintenance, and coordinating with contractors. Must lift up to 50 pounds, be available nights/weekends, and have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with 1+ year related groundskeeping experience.
• Must be able to operate lawn and snow removal equipment and read safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly property and grounds inspections and report deficiencies.
• Care for grasses and plants, weed flowerbeds, fertilize lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Mow lawn weekly; clean landscaping tools after use.
• Trim and prune shrubs and trees; maintain neat appearance.
• Handle general maintenance, landscaping, litter pickup, and seasonal duties.
• Pressure-wash entrances and sidewalks; clean exterior buildings and maintain lighting.
• Maintain ramp fences/gates; coordinate lighting with contractors as needed.
• On-call for snowplowing and winter weather, including nights/weekends.
• Mulch flowerbeds; maintain parking lot signage and asphalt striping.
• Provide assistance with other exterior maintenance at Cleveland locations.
