Job summary

SST Direct is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician in Siler City, NC. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour with OT. The role requires operating lawn care equipment, driving a truck/trailer, and lifting heavy items, with outdoor work across seasons.

The job includes a company truck and equipment, local travel, and a schedule of Monday to Friday 7am–4:30pm, with weekends as needed. Must be 21+ and possess a valid license.

Qualifications

• Basic experience with lawn care equipment and tools.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Local to the Siler City, NC area.
• Must be 21 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cutting grass and spraying weeds.
• Debris removal; branch and tree limb removal.
• Company truck and equipment provided.
• Travel is required; weekend hours may be needed.

DIRECT HIRE:

An awesome opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team.

Hourly Range:

$20hr - $26hr (+OT)

Base Schedule:

M-F, 7am - 4:30pm (OT inclusive), weekends as needed

Requirements:

• Basic experience with working with lawn care equipment, tools and accessories
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer (will be required to prove competency prior to employment)
• Must have the ability to pick up items over 50 pounds
• Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to meet a set number of job sites each week
• Must be willing to work outside throughout all seasons
• Basic mechanical stills are required
• Must be local to the Siler City, NC. area
• You must be 21 years and older to apply
