Job summary

SST Direct is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our field operations in Asheboro, NC. The role involves mowing, weed control, debris removal, and operating lawn care equipment on construction sites outdoors, with travel as required.

You will drive a company truck, comply with safety rules, and work a base schedule of Monday to Friday, 7am–4:30pm with overtime and occasional weekend hours. Must be 21+ and local to Asheboro.

Qualifications

• Basic experience with lawn care equipment, tools and accessories.
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer (will be required to prove competency prior to employment)
• Must have the ability to pick up items over 50 pounds
• Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to meet a set number of job sites each week
• Must be willing to work outside throughout all seasons
• Basic mechanical skills are required
• Must be local to the Asheboro, NC. area
• You must be 21 years and older to apply

DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team.

Hourly Range: $20hr - $26hr (+OT)

Base Schedule: M-F, 7am - 4:30pm (OT inclusive), weekends as needed

• Basic experience with working with lawn care equipment, tools and accessories
