Job Description Summary

Responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including grass cutting, line painting, snow and leaf removal, trash pickup, and general landscape upkeep.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least six months of related experience or required coursework/certification in grounds maintenance

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements

Must have sensory skills to communicate and interact effectively, with the physical ability to use and operate office equipment and perform climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting (at least 50 lbs), grasping, and repetitive motions.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license without restrictions that would prohibit college insurance coverage
• Effective communication in spoken and written English
• Ability to present documentation verifying identity and work authorization
• Background check required prior to employment
