Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.

Qualifications:

• MA Pharmacy Technician State License and PTCB certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Excellent data entry skills
• Call center experience preferred
• Empathetic, fun-loving personality with good humor
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including 9 AM to 5:30 PM ET and 10:30 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday
• Once a month Saturday work

For remote work, a broadband internet connection of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.

Hourly rate is $20-$30, depending on experience and location, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
