PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds and common areas to ensure excellent curb appeal for residents, based on Peak standards and onsite requirements.

The role involves pool maintenance, trash duties, plant care, and daily upkeep of office and amenity spaces. This on-site position emphasizes service, cleanliness, and reliable collaboration with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous grounds, janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to use cleaning equipment and tools (hand tools, vacuums, hoses, ladders, cleaning chemicals).

Responsabilités

• Maintain curb appeal and upkeep of grounds and common areas.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily.
• Pick up trash and debris on grounds.
• Water flowers, plants and shrubs as needed.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain pool chemical records.
• Assist in daily upkeep of office, clubhouse and amenity areas.
• Address complaints in a timely, professional manner.
