PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain community grounds and common areas, ensuring excellent curb appeal for residents. The role requires basic maintenance, cleaning, and help with pool area upkeep in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

The successful candidate will follow Peak standards, perform daily tasks such as trash removal, gardening, and light painting, and assist with event turnovers while prioritizing safety and customer service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous grounds, janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain curb appeal and common areas.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily.
• Clean and maintain pool area and pool records.
• Perform general cleaning, trash removal and upkeep of offices and amenity spaces.
• Adhere to Peak standards and safety guidelines.
