Job summary

Greystar seeks a Groundskeeper for Alpine Creekside in Haltom City, TX. This full-time, on-site role maintains grounds, amenities and curb appeal while supporting the service team. Responsibilities include cleaning, make-ready support, lock changes, pool-area safety, and resident communications.

Eligible candidates will contribute to a safe community, perform outdoor maintenance in all weather, and participate in safety trainings and company procedures. Onsite benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and debris from common areas and amenities.
• Removes trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready, and maintains storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests and assists with the turn process for make-ready.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool gates operate safely and to code.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors as needed.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance-related questions and concerns.
