Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal across The Gardens Columbus community. You will work in multiple buildings and outdoor areas, assisting the maintenance team with trash-outs, make-ready turns, and light repairs.

You will perform ground and common area cleaning, set up for events, and ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Physical outdoor work is required year-round.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior custodial/groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, and common areas across multiple buildings.
• Assist maintenance team with light repairs and trash-outs as needed.
• Clean leasing office, clubhouses, pools, and amenity spaces.
• Support safety and reporting procedures and communicate with residents.
