Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements including heavy lifting and carrying.
• Ability to take direction and work on a team.
• Hard working with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to communicate with residents, maintenance staff, Vendors, and management.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the community to enhance curb appeal and living conditions.
• Inspect the property regularly to ensure it meets standards and is clutter-free.
• Perform groundskeeping, trash-out duties, painting, and move heavy items as needed.
• Keep common areas, pool, laundry, leasing office, and grounds tidy at all times.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Community Director with assigned tasks.
