Responsibilities

• Maintain pool, pool areas, and pool furniture.
• Assist with door-to-door trash pick up on communities that offer service.
• Trashes out vacant apartments.
• Accompany vendors to apartments.
• Maintain courteous and helpful demeanor with residents.
