Job summary

Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Lead to coordinate seasonal landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal across the resort grounds. You will train and guide technicians, operate mowing and snow equipment, and ensure safety protocols.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years landscaping experience.
Proficient in operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment.
Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.
Ability to read and write English.
Able to travel between resort locations.

Responsibilities

Train, guide, and provide feedback to grounds maintenance and snow removal staff.
Plan and coordinate seasonal landscaping and maintenance tasks.
Perform mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and other landscape tasks.
Lead snow removal operations, including plowing and salting.
Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies.
Communicate maintenance needs and project updates to the Director.
Ensure proper watering and irrigation system operation.
Maintain cleanliness of the property after events.
Document snow removal activities.
