Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Laborer

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays

Job Responsibilities Summary

• Perform general grounds maintenance duties as assigned by the crew leader and zone manager.

Essential Functions

• Operate equipment such as string trimmers, edgers, blowers, push mowers, or riding mowers.
• Perform mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, and other grounds maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Observe scheduled break times and work hours.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at least 8 hours outdoors in all seasons, including in temperature extremes and light rain.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment for up to 2 hours on uneven terrain.
• Move across outdoor grounds, lawns, paved surfaces, and inclines up to 45 degrees.
• Moderate lifting (<50 lbs.) may be required; frequent bending, stooping, and twisting.
