Robins & Morton is looking for a Laborer to contribute to the physical building of our exciting construction projects.

We are looking for a candidate who will consistently show integrity and collaborate with the team to provide physical labor, operate hand and power tools, and a variety of other equipment. He/she will help maintain clean and prepared sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and remove rubble and debris. The candidate should be willing to help other craft teammates and perform duties as directed by the Labor Foreman or R&M Manager.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Run and maintain various construction equipment, including pumps, compressors, generators, etc.
• Load and unload trucks. Deliver materials to storage areas or other designated locations.
• Keep building and assigned areas clean and organized for safety and productivity.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• High School Diploma (or GED or equivalent) preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a laborer/helper in carpentry or construction preferred.
• Ability to understand safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• General knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment to assist carpenters, foremen, and R&M managers.
