Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 term. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with housing options sometimes provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in seasonal conditions.
• Ability to stand and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance tasks across painting, landscaping, and base-area upkeep.
• Support other resort operations as needed.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks
• Provide additional support to other resort operations
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
