Job summary

Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Crew member for the base area to support winter operations and deliver a safe, enjoyable arrival experience for guests.

This entry-level seasonal role offers hands-on learning across maintenance tasks, painting, landscaping, and assisting in resort operations, with full-time and part-time hours and housing available.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with opportunities for training and development and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe – your safety is our priority.
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks.
• Provide additional support to other resort operations.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry‑level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
