Job summary

Vail Resorts in Bartlett, NH is hiring for a Winter Seasonal Guest Services Attendant to greet guests, assist with ticketing, and ensure a safe, friendly experience across our base areas and resort services.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with part-time shifts; housing is available; minors 16+; roles span Mountain Activities, Retail Rental, Food & Beverage, and more; we value guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Job Summary

You are the face of the guest experience as you skillfully greet and direct guests at our resorts. You are responsible for the safe, friendly, and efficient experience of our guests from our base areas, restaurant locations, and ticket offices. Join us in creating the Experience of a Lifetime!

• Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time

Role

A Guest Services Attendant team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
