Responsibilities

• Change light bulbs, ballasts, and air filters.
• Replace broken glass, repair doors, and clean drains.
• Assist with maintaining tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness.
• Support senior staff with repairs and assigned projects.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks independently when directed.
• Operate power tools or equipment under supervision.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
