About the Opportunity:

As a grounds maintenance worker, you will be responsible for keeping the outdoor areas of the facility maintained throughout the seasons. From commercial mowing, snow removal, and operating water trucks, each day will vary based on the elements. To be successful, you must be self-motivated with an attention to detail to observe necessary maintenance. You will have a set schedule of Monday - Friday with no weekends. As a full-time employee, you will enjoy 9 paid company holidays in addition to your competitive PTO policy.

Typical Position Responsibilities:

• Identify need for grounds keeping needs to keep the facility clean and visually appealing
• Operate manual and power equipment, mowers, snow removal, and trucks
• Support in general facility maintenance duties
