As a Grounds Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty of our property. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will ensure that our grounds, common areas, and apartments remain well-maintained and inviting. Your responsibilities include outdoor space cleanup, painting apartments and shared areas, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and tenants. Your pride in your work and high standards will contribute to the Greco Seal of Approval, showcasing each property's unique story and personality.

Minimum Responsibilities

Key functions include ensuring buildings are in excellent condition and inviting:

• Painting common areas, hallways, and stairwells
• Upkeep and painting of amenity spaces
• Painting apartments during turnover and for guest suites
• Maintaining vacant apartments for leasing readiness
• Completing special projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience
• Availability for weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours as required by the business
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
