Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Landscape Technician to join our maintenance team in Warrendale. You will handle routine landscape upkeep, light building repairs, and general cleanliness, focusing on grass, trees, shrubs, and ground covers.

You will respond to work orders, support the Landscape Manager, and help coordinate deliveries, while adhering to safety and company standards. 40-hour weeks, outdoors in varying weather, with potential OT evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid active State Driver’s License required.
• OSHA or landscape-related certifications preferred.
• 1+ year experience in landscape maintenance including zero turn mowers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist landscaping team with daily tasks and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and complete routine grounds keeping duties.
• Mow lawns and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Shovel snow, apply anti-skid, and keep exterior areas clean.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and maintain tools.
• Close out work orders and communicate with customers professionally.
