Role Overview

We’re looking for dependable Landscape Maintenance Technicians / Groundskeepers to join Washington Landscaping, a division of United Services Northwest. This role focuses on detailed groundskeeping and landscape maintenance across residential properties. You’ll perform hands‑on, repetitive outdoor work such as hand weeding, edging, pruning, and bed cleanup.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand weeding, raking, edging, and detailed ground‑level work
• Maintain planting beds through pruning, mulching, and cleanup
• Assist with general property upkeep and seasonal maintenance

Equipment & Tools

• Use hand tools such as rakes, pruners, shovels, and spades
• Operate power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) as assigned
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition

Quality & Teamwork

Follow job instructions and company quality standards, maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, and communicate progress, issues, or needs to crew leads or management.

Required Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to perform repetitive, physical, ground‑level work throughout the day

Work is outdoor, physically active, involving frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing, with the ability to lift and carry 30–40lbs regularly. The role emphasizes reliability, consistency, and quality performance and offers the opportunity to grow into full‑time or higher‑responsibility positions.
