Job summary

GreenView Partners is seeking a Landscape Specialist to help maintain commercial properties and operate landscape equipment in a full-time outdoor role in Delaware. You will contribute to quality service and collaborate with your crew to meet client expectations, while adhering to safety practices and company standards.

The position requires dependability, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a willingness to learn new skills and plant materials.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, outdoor labor, or related experience is highly preferred.
• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine commercial landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, pruning, mulching, and weed control.
• Operate commercial landscape equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other maintenance tools.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas according to company standards.
• Follow the direction of the Field Manager or Supervisor to complete assigned work safely and efficiently.
• Wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide quality workmanship while interacting courteously with customers and the public.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and plant materials.
