Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Landscape Technician to maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and grounds around multiple retail banking and main office facilities. The role involves performing routine landscape and minor building maintenance, responding to work orders, and collaborating with the landscaping team to ensure timely completion.

Candidates should have 1+ year of landscape maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and grounds keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize daily tasks with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working outdoors in all weather.
• Proficiency with iPad/Computerized Maintenance Management System a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist landscaping team with daily tasks and cover for absences.
• Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties as required.
• Mow lawns by hand or riding mower to complete work orders.
• Plant, trim, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Respond to work orders and communicate professionally with customers.
