Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Landscape Technician to support routine maintenance across bank locations, focusing on grass, trees, shrubs, and ground cover. In winter months duties expand to light building maintenance and basic carpentry repairs to ensure year-round work.

You will respond to colleague and business work orders and maintain a routine schedule to complete tasks, prioritizing safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience.
• Valid active State Driver’s License required.
• Able to operate zero-turn mower and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist landscaping team with daily tasks and coordinated deliveries.
• Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance as needed.
• Mow lawns and manage planting and trimming of landscape features.
• Close out work orders and respond to service requests in a professional manner.
