Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Porter in West Palm Beach, FL. You will perform cleaning and maintenance across indoor/outdoor areas, inspect work and report to the Supervisor. The role may involve varied indoor/outdoor tasks and reports to the Supervisor.

You will manage supplies, uphold safety standards, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while supporting building staff and completing daily work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial/maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, and cleaning restrooms.
• Report supplies needs to Supervisor and maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain sanitary and cleaning supplies at assigned areas and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Complete daily work orders and ensure security procedures are followed.
