Job summary

Waste Pro USA in Clarksville, TN is seeking a general labor/maintenance worker to support building and grounds upkeep at the Waste Pro facility. The role involves routine maintenance, cleaning restrooms and storage areas, inspecting the property for repairs, and removing environmental hazards to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will also be responsible for parking lot upkeep, lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, gutters), and painting specified areas as needed, collaborating with the team

Qualifications

• General maintenance duties across building and grounds.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds.
• Perform property inspections for repairs.
• Remove environmental hazards.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain grounds and greenery; mow, trim, edge, and perform gutter cleaning.
• Paint designated areas as needed.

Responsibilities
