Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General building maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds.
• Walk the property to check for repairs.
• Park and maintain a safe parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Mow grass, trim trees, weed beds, edge borders and clean gutters as needed.
• Paint specified areas as determined.
