Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, and production areas. This full-time role requires performing electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, minor HVAC work, and general building maintenance to keep facilities safe and functional.

You will also handle grounds duties—mowing, edging, landscaping, debris removal, and seasonal snow tasks. No prior experience required; High School diploma preferred. Competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs).
• Carpentry work (e.g., basic framing, installing shelves, repairing doors/windows).
• Painting and drywall repair.
• Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Minor HVAC maintenance (e.g., changing filters).
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Mowing, edging, debris removal in exterior spaces.
• Snow removal and de-icing when needed.
• Maintain and store groundskeeping equipment properly.
