Job summary

Waste-Pro is seeking a maintenance-oriented team member in Clarksville, TN to perform general building maintenance and ensure cleanliness of the facility, restrooms, and grounds. The role requires ability to use hand and power tools and follow directions in a team or independent setting.

Key duties include inspecting the property for repairs, maintaining the parking lot, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General building maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds
• Walks property to check for repairs
• Parking lot maintenance - cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property
• Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed
• Paints specified areas as determined
• Attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned
• Keep up to date on current technology used by Waste Pro
• Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
